Move Mountains is a UK-based film and content studio founded by cinematographer Nico Hambleton and editor-producer Alex Davoodi. Built on years of experience across broadcast television and commercial production, the studio combines documentary craft with refined, cinematic execution.
We operate lean and senior-led. No layers of middle management — just experienced creatives working directly with clients to develop, shoot and deliver films that feel purposeful, polished and commercially effective.

Nico Hambleton
Cinematographer & Co-Founder
Nico began his career in television in 2013 and has since worked across major broadcasters including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Channel 4 and Channel 5. As a cinematographer, he has contributed to projects for global brands such as Rolls-Royce, Nissan, McLaren, AXA, Spotify, Just Eat, Xiaomi and Greenpeace.
With a strong editorial foundation, Nico approaches every production with the final story in mind — balancing cinematic craft with narrative clarity. Accustomed to high-pressure broadcast environments and commercial campaigns alike, he brings calm precision, technical expertise and a refined visual sensibility to every project.
Alex Davoodi
Producer & Editor — Co-Founder
Alex began his career in television in 2012 and has since worked across major UK broadcasters including BBC, Channel 5, ITN and Sky Sports. With a strong editorial foundation, he has developed briefs, liaised with contributors, sourced archive and collaborated closely with in-house editors to shape broadcast-ready content.
Working in high-pressure environments with fast turnaround deadlines, Alex brings precision and clarity to every project — balancing speed with accuracy and editorial standards. Alongside production, he edits in DaVinci Resolve and approaches each project with a full pipeline understanding, from initial concept through to final delivery.
